designed for the youngest learners + their caregivers, this inclusive, interactive class offers a space to sing, dance, play, + connect with others. join us biweekly in a warm, welcoming space that blends my love of teaching + motherhood with music, movement, + fun!
this isn’t your average mommy + me class—each month brings a fresh theme with learning, music, + fun woven throughout the interactive session while fostering community + connection during these early months + years
stories, songs, + rhymes are enhanced with the use of instruments, ribbons, scarves, movement, + bubbles to help keep little bodies moving + curious minds engaged. before + after class, enjoy the company + support of fellow moms + caretakers while children play.
this class encourages + supports:
language + literacy development: songs rhymes,+ stories help build vocabulary + early literacy skills. call + response/ repeat after me songs help children listen, follow directions, practice speaking, + notice patterns in language.
social + emotional growth: music + group play fosters confidence, turn taking, creativity, + connections with peers + caregivers
motor development: finger plays, lap songs, scarf play, instruments, + movement activities strengthen both gross + fine motor skills in fun, meaningful ways.
adult bonding + support: these classes offer special moments of connection with your little one while fostering a supportive community of caregivers. adults gain practical tools to continue to support development at home.
creativity + imagination: engaging with music sparks curiosity + imaginative thinking. children + adults are encouraged to let the music be their guide in ribbon + scarf dancing — there is no right or wrong.
dancing freely can help process emotions, release energy, + develop self-awareness. children may imitate, or collaborate. associating movement with joy rather than rules helps kids develop confidence + a positive relationship with their bodies + music.
